CEVO has released more details on their highly anticipated upcoming league, Project Gamer. In this announcement CEVO has announced their brand new Customer Support Service. Hoping to "offer the best customer support" system available in today's online leagues.

Their new Customer Service setup will offer live support 8 hours a day during match times. The official times will be 5:30pm to 1:30am (cst) on match days only. During off days competitors will be able to leave support tickets via the Project Gamer website. Those seeking support will recieve it via a Live Help Messenger found on the Project Gamer Website.
